Frequently Asked Questions

What is your return policy?

We are a small business. In order to keep prices competitive, we are unable to refund or exchange your order.

When do you restock plants?

We don't have a fixed schedule. Whenever there is a restock, we'll announce it on our Instagram and Facebook page.

What are the payment options?

You can use a credit card or cash/Venmo if you are picking up the plants in person.

Do you have a retail location?

We currently do not. We are focused our business online and keeping our overhead as low as possible.

Why do you have pre-order of tissue culture?

Our tissue culture plants come directly from the lab. Growing and multiplying these seedlings take time, and the lab we work with requires large minimum orders (500+ per variety). We have limited space, so we need to carefully control the amount of seedlings we commission to be grown.

How to grow these tissue culture plants?

Do not worry - no previous experience required. We will provide you a detailed guide on how to plant and grow these seedlings when you create an order with us!
